Ingredients
- Two medium redfish fillets, blood line removed.
- 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- ¼ cup of chopped dill pickles
- ¼ cup of chopped onions
- ½ cup of chopped celery
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil redfish until fully cooked and easily flaked, drain and crumble. Then put in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, pickles, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, salt and pepper, and fold to combine with flaked fish. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving on crackers or your favorite sandwich bread. YUM YUM
