Hiding from the wind on some days produced good catches of Trout and redfish. Catching remains very good on both live bait and soft plastics. Check out the attached pictures. A fast-moving storm last Thursday took out our brag camera that we hope to be back on very soon, in the mean time take a look at our dock camera to see our daily catches.

The full package includes dinner and lodging the night before your trip, breakfast and a fully guided inland fishing trip with artificial lures, lunch, cold drinks, and water on the boat during your trip.
Saute celery, garlic, onion and bell pepper in crawfish fat and butter until tender. Add parsley and crawfish tails. Heat slowly until hot. Add bread, rice and water and cook 15 minutes longer. Season to taste. Turn into a 1 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven about 30 minutes in covered casserole.
