This Week’s Yummy Recipe

CAJUN COWBOYS

Ingredients

1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup local honey
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla
One 6 oz pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

Crown shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then flour and other dry ingredients. Add rolled oats and chocolate chips. Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes.
