Any day fishing in October usually pays of big time EXCEPT for the 3 days we had to cancel because of 40 MPH wind and rain this past week. Before then our fishermen brought limits of trout along with some tackled bustin’ redfish to the cleaning table.

WORLD CLASS FISHING IN COSTA RICA
We have wrapped up another summer here at the beautiful Los Sueños Resort and Marina. While we are mostly known for the billfish, right here off Costa Rica we’ve witnessed incredible fishing for wahoo, yellowfin, and rooster fish. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth; add sugar and peanut butter, beating well. Gradually add milk, beating until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into chocolate crumb crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze until firm. Serve frozen, slightly thawed.
