This past week fishing has been outstanding. Limits of trout and Redfish along with a few solid flounder came to the cleaning table. Most all of our fishing has been down on the south end of the system, but I have heard that others have been catching good numbers of trout up around the Moss lake area. Solid trout have been coming off the ship channel around marker 71 on live shrimp under a cork. The north bank of West Cove has been giving up some slot redfish on live bait and a glow wedgetail rigged on a ¼ ounce lead head. Office Procedures
Desk shields to protect you and us during check in and check out
Employees will restrict themselves from using coworker’s computers, phone, pens etc.
Work areas will be regularly disinfected
Employees will distance themselves from one another
Housekeeping Procedures
Spray doorknobs down with Lysol
Spray all beds, pillows, comforters, extra blankets with Lysol
All Furniture in the rooms: Tables, chairs, couches, blinds, kitchen sink, counters, ice box, microwave, etc. are wiped down with liquid Lysol.
Bathrooms all are cleaned with liquid Lysol.
All rooms are mopped with liquid Lysol.
Kitchen Procedures
At the beginning of every shift all common surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly with 99.9% germ killing sanitizer.
All employees will be required to wash their hands at the beginning of their shift and in-between all tasks.
All food preparations will be performed with face masks and gloves.
Food can be enjoyed in our dining room area while following social distancing or you can have your food packaged and delivered to your room.
Guide Procedures
Guides will wear a mask if you prefer
Guides will wash their hands before packaging your fish
There will be hand sanitizer on the boat

Living in Hackberry we have access to the freshest seafood in the world and shrimp is one of the best. You are going to love the recipe and will cook it over and over again. This is a very healthy way to cook shrimp.
DO NOT OVERCOOK
Ingredients
2 pounds of large shrimp peeled
6 cloves garlic minced
1 cup of margarine
4 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
Wash shrimp and arrange in a single layer in a 10″X15″ inch baking dish. In a small sauce pan sauté garlic in margarine until tender. Remove from the heat and stir in lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the shrimp and broil until shrimp are pink and tender. Mix the chopped cilantro in the dish near the end of cooking time. Serve right out of the broiler – YUM YUM
