TILA’S ZUCCHINI BREAD

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2/3 cup of brown sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups zucchini grated
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 ½ tea spoons baking soda
  • ½ tea spoon baking power
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

Blend first six ingredients then fold in the rest. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.

 Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

 Tila says it freezes well but I wouldn’t know there was never any left over.
