BAKED REDFISH
Ingredients
- Fillet Red fish
- Onion, sliced
- Bell pepper, sliced
- Butter
- Salt & pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Worcestershire Sauce
Process
Place fish in baking pan and season with salt, pepper, butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce on both sides. Top with sliced onion and bell pepper. Seal pan with aluminum foil and bake at 400F for 45 minutes.
