RICE COOKER CAJUN CRAWFISH AND RICE
Ingredients
- 1/4 bottle of liquid crab boil
 - 3 dashes of hot sauce
 - 2-1/2 cups of rice
 - 1 lb crawfish tails w/fat
 - 2 cans of beef broth or ( 1 beef and 1 chicken broth)
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
 - 1 can of chopped mushrooms without liquid
 - 1/4 lb margarine or butter
 - Season All
 
Directions
Add all ingredients in rice cooker, cover top with Season All, stir, cover and turn on rice cooker.
When cooked let stand 10 minutes.
