RICE COOKER CAJUN CRAWFISH AND RICE

Ingredients

  • 1/4 bottle of liquid crab boil
  • 3 dashes of hot sauce
  • 2-1/2 cups of rice
  • 1 lb crawfish tails w/fat
  • 2 cans of beef broth or ( 1 beef and 1 chicken broth)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can of chopped mushrooms without liquid
  • 1/4 lb margarine or butter
  • Season All

Directions

Add all ingredients in rice cooker, cover top with Season All, stir, cover and turn on rice cooker.

When cooked let stand 10 minutes.
