HACKBERRY HOT CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked chicken (deboned)
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions

Mix all ingredients together and bake in dish for 25-30 minutes at 350F. Top with one can of chow mein noodles. Bake for 10 minutes more. You may use all chicken parts or just thighs and breasts. Keeps well.
